Lightweight 'racing' seats. Take out your back seats. Light weight fuel cell. Lightweight battery. Strip your car's interior completely. Take out the spare wheel. If youf lightweight seats come with seat belts attached to them, take out the stock seat belts. If you dont have an HF, put HF bumper supports on your crx. Lexan windows.

Obviously the cheapest way is to just get rid of a lot of your interior like the body panels , spare tire, carpet, etc... but be warned the ride will become loud. I just took out all of my interior to add some sound deadening. Before putting in the sound deadening I took the car for a drive and it was very loud. So i dont know if I would recommend it for a Daily Driver unless you are fine with a lot of noise.
