On the NJTP at 12:00 noon i saw a CW ITR on a flat bed with no nose and what looked like a missing interior and no wheels oh and dented up drivers side. It could have been either a collision car or a recoverey, I could only see it for 10 seconds. I hope it was legit and not stolen
I would have pulled the guy over or atlesast tried to but he was going south and I was going north...

So just a note that i had to post on here seeing how many of them are being stolen or crashed..............
