i have wheels that were painted graphit and the wheels were originally orange. with the wheels being originally orange when the graphit paint chips off u see orange. i have the exact color that the wheels were painted and i want to paint over the orange. should i just touch the areas that have chipped or should i respray the whole wheel? the chips are only little rock chips . what would you do?
