Default reccomended replacement parts for tensioner swap

i'm going to be changing over to a manual tensioner on my h22 and i have all the parts from the h23 and wanted to know if there and parts i was reccomended to buy new from honda automotive parts or wherever. or are my old parts ok to use?

13415-PT0-000 - BRACKET, BALANCER BELT ADJUSTER
14510-PT0-004 - ADJUSTER COMP., TIMING BELT
14516-PT2-000 - SPRING COMP., TIMING BELT ADJUSTER
14521-P14-A00 - PLATE, ADJUSTER
90014-P14-A00 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER BASE
90015-PT0-000 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER SPRING
90016-PT0-000 - BOLT, TIMING BELT ADJUSTER
90140-P14-A00 - WASHER, PLAIN (11MM)
here are the honda partnumbers and desc that honda uses for each you can use your old stuff if the bearings in the tensioner are still good

i know what parts are needed, i'm just wondering if it's reccomended that i don't re-use parts, or if reusing old parts is alright

I need to do this ASAP....

does the dealer usually carry these parts or do i need to order ahead of time?

i also read somewhere about getting @ a junkyard?

nope honda has to special order the parts....i did mine a few weeks again...here is some advice....use the OEM honda timing belt good luck

a was running the balance and timing belt from greddy....not saying that greddy is **** but the belt fitment is sooo tight that I think it wears out the beareing in the tensioner faster...I know since my last H23 tensioner crapped out on me....so I don't know that my experience with their belts
