Default Leaky passenger floor

I tried searching, but the search feature was down.

Anyways, i have a 91 integra, when it rains, it has to rain a good amount, i have a little bit of water leaking onto my passenger floor.

I was reading on G2ic.com and i got the part number, and went to the dealer and bought it.

Apparently the little rubber boot dry rots, and water slowly leaks in.

Can anyone tell me the location of where this rubber boot goes?

I pulled off the windsheild wiper cover, not the piece of plastic that covers the windshield wiper motor, and i think i saw where it might go, but it didnt fit on there to well. I dont have any pictures.

Thanks in advance.
