Default will 215/45/ZR17 fit a 99si with eibach sportlines

i was looking at a set of wheels and tires for sale and i didnt know if the tires would fit on my car.

No. Any time you increase the tread width by 20 mm and the outer diameter by 5.0 percent (like you are doing with 215/45-17), there is a very good probability that the tires will rub on the wheel well liners or fender well, even more so on a lowered car. The best 17 inch tire size for a 1999 Civic Si is 205/40-17, which is almost the exact same outer diameter as the stock 195/55-15. If you buy those wheels, sell the tires separately and get some 205/40-17.
