c5 head question

c5 head question

I have a 98 type r and was racing an ls ,when i was going from 3rd to 4th you guessed it i went to 2nd.I have four bent valves possibly more.My question is what kind of headwork should i request to be done while it is in the machine shop.i would like to get more power from it, I heard you could make more power getting your head done but what does getting it done consist of??????
