Default auto - manual, do i need a manual wiring harness? will a manual ecu fit a auto harness

Couple of questions:

I am currently buying parts for my auto to manual conversion. Pretty much got what is needed to make it work, but I was wondering if I needed these parts to make it work right.

1. Would a manual ECU obdII fit on my Auto obdII harness?
2. does the engine wiring harness off a manual intergra include the wiring for the clutch pedal and then leads into and plugs onto the tranny?
3. are the wiring harness different off a obd2 and obd1?
4. do I need the wiring harenss off a manual car?

You can use your auto ECU for the conversion but the check engine light will come on because of the tranny selenoid on the automatic. About the ecu plugs being different, I have never heard of? Make sure you are using the same OBD2 A for 94-98 and OBD2 B for 99-up. Hope this helps.

Also the engine harness is differnt but only having extra plugs for the Automatic Trans, but should still work on the conversion.
