Default HELP, choosing between b16 or b18c1 head!?

I need some help deciding which head to go with, on my all motor project.

Both heads have the same valvetrain set up. skunk2 intake and exaust valves, skunk2 Titanium Retainers, skunk2 Racing Valve Springs. Stage 2 skunk2 cams.
I'm using a b18c1 block with jdm b16 pistons.

So what do you think?

And how much should i expect on the 1/4 mile?

I am partial towards the B16 head because of the IM.

The difference in flow is insignificant between the two. The GSR will give you about 0.2 higher compression over the B16. The big thing is the Intake manifold. If you plan on buying an aftermarket one i would get the gsr head but if your going to use the stock intake manifold i would go with the b16 head.
