would a B-18 header fit a B-16

I got a buddy selling a DC sports 4-2-1 header for a cheap mans type R (b-18) and i was wondering if it would fit a b-16 motor.. the b-18 is in a crx and my b-16 is a 99 Si... thanks all

depends on the hheader.
maybe like 1/2 an inch to 1 inch depending on the brand
