AFSTLSVTEC... I did a post on how to install for two other members on this board already not too long ago. So ill tell you again.
The bottom cushion I suppose you found the slots for, and the rear I loop you either left it alone or drilled it into your body.
For the rear piece now. You have two options. A) Make a custom bracket to make your seats fit and fold down accordingly. What I have done for someone else was dismantle the stock fold down panel and retained the metal bracket so I could use the 4 stock screw holes to hold it down.. I drilled the bracket so it can fit 2 10MM screws so the seat was held on. You might have to play with it for a little while but it works. Use the rear seat clips from any 88-91 Civic Hatchback rear seat (replaces the side pieces so your chair can clip into the side panels) and call it a day.
BTW if you have the stock rear bracket mounts that go on the bottom and you dont need them, let me know. I need to replace mines and I cant find them. Thanks.

MugenEF7 is right.
For my installation, we ripped everything out including the rear interior panel because you will need to shave/cut 2 places on each side for the folding seat clip and the rollers to fit. Have the fold down panel locked into place with the top two clips in, you end up with your bottom brackets hanging. Now you have a good mounting position to weld the bottom spacers so the seat can roll down. Get metal pieces to form a bracket and drill holes so they will bolt up to folding seat bracket. Probably need like 1 1/2 inche spacer from the frame to weld on.
I got pics on my page of the installation.

the Japanese mounting brackets wont fit unless you rig em to fit.. you gotta use the long bracket from your stock cardboard backing.
i heard that you have to use the one from the hatchback rear seats???are they the sa,e?which will work better?have you tried this before?
