i want to remove my del sol 94 dash completely and paint it white... and i got 2 questions...
1) is it easy to remove the dash board? and if so is there a diagram somewhere whch shows all the screws ? do i need to be extra careful at removing a specific spot?
2) what type of paint should i use? i saw some vinyll pain for dash and car interior at walmart.. not sure if that stuff will do it... any suggestions?

Dude why do you want to do that? At least wrapp it in white vinyl so it wont look tacky. But keep in mind that interior like that only looks good on some cars.

I've never removed a dash before, but I'm sure it's a lot of work. Your best bet is to search for a dash removal thread and/or get a factory service manual from http://www.helminc.com.
Have you taken into consideration that the white may have a glare in the sun? Ever been blinded by the reflection of sun off snow? Get some good glasses and sunblock.

Yes, its easy to remove, use a shop manual (helms) if you're a noob to a Del Sol's interior, be extra careful when removing the climate control, for some odd reason the plastic behind it always seem to be brittle.

Vinyl paint is the correct paint. If the car is not garaged most of the time, the white paint will eventually fade into a yellowish color due to the sun baking it, also like everyone else has mentioned, glare seems to be a common problem with bright colored dashboards.
Good Luck!
