I've bought a used Comptech Stainless Steel MIG welded 421 header that is 6 months old and it obviously doesn't look like a brand new stainless steel header obviously because of all the heat. Is there any cleaning solution that I can use, or can I use a brillo pad or sponge and water to clean it up?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

 

I tried that on my jdm 4-1 headers and it doesn't work. I heard you can get wet sand paper and use the different grades and it will work.
