OK, for starters, what did your kit come with because i have a brand new kit from Honda Access but its missing the under hood harness. Thats the harness thats goes from the foglight itself through the firewall and connects the the other harness w/ the fuse-box plugs and relay connected to it. I wired up my own wire with my own 2 connectros and the damn lights just don't light up. Everything else is connected properly. I've tried several different grounds, foglight button was pushed and the headlights were on and IDK WTF is wrong PLEASE HELP MEEEEE!!!!
Yup, take one step at a time. Directly wire the fogs to the battery to see if it works.
There's one wire that runs from the engine bay to the cabin. That wire supplies power to the engine bay harness to the two lights. So basically, that wire splits into two for the two lights. You can ground each light separately. Did you wire it that way?
My yellow fogs came with both harnesses BTW.

good luck finding the harness that plugs into the jdm fog lights. i've been searching for the jdm harness and can't find it either.

starting from the fog lights themselves.
fog lights connect to a fog light harness that runs along the bottom of the radiator support.
then this foglight harness wire has a circle connector which is the negative ground and is screwed into a ground located where your windshield washer is on the inside of the engine bay. and then the other wire connects to a power source single wire which goes into the cab. this single wire only came prewired on the 94-95 si civics.
most are missing this single wire. and its just one single wire you can make your self.
to make it easier.. it goes from 2 wire to a 1 wire and into the cab. the other wire is grounded.

Is your relay working? Is your interior harness grounded? Are the fusebox plugs in the right spot?

1. fuse box plugs are in plugs 2 and 5 just like the manual says
2. yep its grounded cuz as soon as i ground it the button lights up
3. I don't think the harness is faulty because i can hear it click when i press the foglight button and everything is all hooked up and plus the kit was BNIB.
