Default Swapping out doors, need help removing door mounted seat belt, window handle and lock...

I picked up a new door for my car cause I backed into a truck. So when I was taking the panel off n I pop'd off the window roller down handle and broke it (not the one I want to keep). I saw the little snap ring once I broke the handle off, but I want to know how to properly remove it without breaking it. I have no clue how to get the entire seatbelt assembly off eathier. I got the bottom part off with the 14mm bolts but how do I get the top part off? Any help would be sweet,

thanks

Blazed
