Default Cluster Gauge Needles

Can I put a fuel/temp gauge from a 96 civic on a 92 civic cluster (the one that has a tachometer)?

The one for a 92 civic is like 80 bucks and the one for the 96 is 25 bucks.

The two needles on fuel and temp gauge on my cluster are broken. I'm wondering if gluing them would work. Do the needles have any current passing through them? If not I can glue them. If yes, I might have to jb weld and glue them (just not sure if jb weld has conductive properties).

Can anyone shed some light on how they fixed their 92-95 ex/si gauge cluster's broken needles?

Replacing the cluster is not an option as I just paid 60 bucks for this cluster.

Thanks all!

they are ******* awesome, I really want a set. I just can't justify $60+ for a set of needles at this time as the car needs other things right now. but if I had the cash, I would def. get them, they're dope!

I just put the cluster in and it doesn't work. There go $60 for a non-working piece of ****. I'm asking for my money back, will see what happened.

It's Alexander from Ohio who sold me this piece of ****.

I don't need fancy needles. I need a working cluster with tach

Thanks though!

you need to learn to describe your problem correctly. it's not the needles you're having a problem with, it's the actual gauges. buy a new cluster, you're f00ked
