Default I want your estimations on HP/torque gain for each of these boltons on an LS Integra...

Just seeing if spending more money (I have very little...) on bolt-ons might be worth it...my friend is getting a new 2006 Miata and he's talking trash 'bout my car, the only thing is he doesn't know how to drive a manual so for the first few months, I'll be able to beat him pretty solid, but I want to see if there's any way my poor old teggy can keep up once he's gotten around the roads a few times...

K&N Short Ram Intake
K&N Cold Air Intake
4-1 Header (JDMsh1t)
4-2-1 Header (GReddy)
N1 Exhaust System
Plat Sparks/New Wires

What about...
Cams
Test Pipe/High Flow Cat
Throwers
Pulleys

Cause these are more expensive...

1,000,000 hp!!!

why not just look at the other threads and get a general idea. anyone can give you a bullshit estimate, get some research. And if your friend has a manual miata and is a good driver, probably he will trash you because those things are fast and ******* light.

If you're trying to beat a Miata, you may want to look at suspension upgrades instead.
