Personally I don't see the harm in having this here,
Technically no this shouldn't be here, I don't know where else he could post this other then in GDD but do you really want the people in there to answer this kind of problem.
The only problem I have with this is this getting out of hand by everyone asking people to do work for them cluttering up this forum with posts like this.
Quite the predicament.

He could try the local classifieds, I think he would get a lot more help there.
