ITR intake manifold & throttle body or DC headers 4-1 stainless?
which would you guys suggest on my 2000 civic si (b16a2)? which option will i feel greater gains? Any advice is appreciated thx.

Depends on anything else you have done.
But, probably the ITR manifold and trottle body. However, you will need to get a header and exhaust soon.
