i think he blew his old motor casue he got gsr everything except for the motor

Does the steering wheel vibrate?

Do all the buttons perform their function?

Is there any noticeable damage/bent parts in the wheel wells?
Is there anything immediately wrong in the engine bay?

ok what i meant was he has a 99 ls motor which i believe is obd2. and a 93 gsr computer and tranny which is obd1. im going to see the car in about a half hour so quick response please, im pretty sure its going to be throwing some codes, i know for a fact its gonna throw the 21 and 22 codes (vtec) and secondary butterfly . ami right?
when i get there and i dont see any codes that means he may have pulled the cel light?
im just not trying to get ripped off
