Default b16b amd '89 acura integra

im not very knowledgable of engines but i know a little bit. but is a b16b complete swap (with some mods i know) the best way to be fast and reliable??

Theres a kit to put the b16s into the 1st gens, but i dont know if thats the cheapest way to be fast and reliable.

Personally id recommend starting off with a different car that has more aftermarket support. But if your set on the idea and go the cash go for it
