Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy a camber kit and I was wondering how you adjust the camber with these things. I saw a Progress install thread with pics and from the looks of it you move the studs on the upper A arm block to adjust camber. I saw a few threads on the Ingalls, but most of the pics were blurry. I've also heard of a few people having problems with their Ingalls kits, but I dont know if it's installer error or something else.
Also, I will be installing wheel studs at the same time and I wanna reaplce a few of the suspension parts. Below are a list of things I think will need to be repaced. Let me know if you guys think I should do anything else.
#1 x2 Wheel Bearing 44300-SB2-961
#10 x2 Lower Ball Joint 51220-SK7-013
#11 x2 LBJ boot 51225-SB0-003
#15 x2 Upper Ball Joint Boot 51464-SK7-003
#16 x2 UPJ Circlip 51467-SH3-003
#18 x4 Bolts 90114-SB0-000 **probably dont need them**
#23 x2 UPJ Nut 90321-SE0-000
#25 x2 Circlip 40mm 90653-SB0-000
#26 x2 Circlip 72mm 91055-SB2-960
#29 x2 UBJ Cotter Pin 94201-20180
#30 x2 LBJ Cotter Pin 94201-30450 **LBJ castle nut is still good**
KNUCKLE PARTS LIST

Do I have to replace the upper ball joint? I didn't see a part number for that on the Honda site. With all the stuff that needs to be pressed into place It seems like it would be better if I just took out my wheel hubs, and took both front knuckles and go to NAPA and have them press the stuff in/out. I need to buy some new tires for my 16x6.5 Rotas and I wanna get a camber kit at the same time. I already have GC CO's with Koni Yellows on a 2-3 finger gap drop. But with that setup the outer parts of my tires are starting to wear out.
TIA

For the progress and ingalls camber kits for the front. The part between 20, 13, and 19 is where the aftermarket camber kit goes. Basically the OEM one is not adjustable. Whereas, the aftermarket one will allow you to adjust it according to the correct camber needed for your car. You can also replace the Upper ball joint with an aftermarket adjustable one. SPC (Specialty Products Company) makes these for the CRX's. They are a quality piece.
About the wheel studs, you should be able to take those out quite easily and replace them with some extended ones.

I know what the camber kit replaces, but I want to know how easy it is to adjust camber on the kits. It looks like with the Progress kits I would have to take the block out and mov the stud. But it looks like there are only two positions to place the stud in anyways. And for the Ingalls I coudln't tell, but I think that the camber blocks can be slid back and forth then you tighten a bolt to lock it into place.
