Ok let me give you a little bit of background, I do wushu a chinese martial arts where we use weapons. The weapons are semi regulation and theres standards on length and the material their made. However im having problems with the balance on the sword and thought of something that ive seen people in china do, they basically build a handle out of a pipe they hammer flat.

Having been around here for a while and fabricating stuff for cars, I figured why couldnt I just take the existing handle/grip and just have it made completely out of solid metal.


thats what the sword looks like and I basically need the handgrip made solid. It would need to be drilled straight through the middle so it can go into the end of the sword, basically the sword just makes one long bolt which the handle goes into along with butt and its all held together with a nut at the end.

I will take pictures of my sword apart to give a better idea. I can even send out the handle so you can get an exact copy of what i need made.

Can anyone give me some ideas or can anyone tell me if this is pliable and doable? Also, can anyone here do something like this for me? we can discuss price privately.
