Pretty vague there, is there a certain time/occasion this happens? (only braking, only backing up, all the time, only certain speeds, etc.)
Could be any number of things...wheel bearing going, rock stuck in the caliper/rotor interface, a wheel weight coming loose and rubbing on the dust shield, etc...
Get out the oem jack, lift that corner of the car and spin the wheel by hand (parking brake off). You'll probably be able to narrow it down much quicker with eyes and ears a foot away from the area.
