Default Ferrea sodium filled valves aka hollow stem valves

Anyone have a review on them? I know some German performance cars and z06 corvettes use this technology, its lightweight and undercut for flow, and helps dissipates heat. and being lighter helps when revving very high. if I am not mistaken ITR valves are similar. but am not sure. anyway does anyone have an experince with these valves?

I haven't used them yet but have seen and weighed a set for a 2jz motor and they were 7 grams lighter then the comp plus valves for the same size.42 grams vs 35 about a 14-15 % reduction.

I broke some

In the nissan manual proper disposal of the filled valve is to cut it apart and submerse in water before disposing
