Default What size will fit?

I tried searching, but no luck. My hatch is lowered 2" on eibach springs. Will a 17x7" rim fit in the wheel well? If so, what tires should I run. Im partial to Nitto tires. Would 40 series be ok? Would 30 series work better with no rub? Thanks in advance.

Ther's not a 30 series. Shortest tire I've ever sold or even seen is a 215/35-17. A 205/40-17 should fit fine

my hatch is lowered about 2.5 on sportline srings and the only time that they rub is when you are turning and going up a hill ir driveway. i have had it dropped 4 in all the way around and pretty much the same thing, that is with the wheel tuckin.
