Default New Gaskets when?

Do I replace the following gaskets everytime the piece comes out or after a certain amount of miles?
headgasket-
piston rings-
valvecover gasket-
oil pan gasket-
intake gasket-
feel free to mention any others....

Headgasket - you can replace when it bloows

piston rings - replace if u get new pistons, can't reuse new ones

valvecover gasket - you can replace when it starts leakin oil

oil pan gasket - replace when it starts leakin

intake gasket - best to replace when u get work done

*exhaust gasket - should be replaced anytime work is done

******somebody please correct me if i'm wrong, i dont want to give bad info


EDIT: Ofcourse it's best to replace anything when you have the chance
