Default Injector question

Ok, will 92-96 non-vtec injectors work for a 97 prelude vtec? I need to replace my 440's for smog. Thanks

don't think so,

1992-96 Prelude non-vtec Peak and hold 240cc
1992-96 Prelude VTEC Peak and hold 345cc
1997-up Prelude VTEC Saturated 280cc

Why won't they work? Will they not fit? Or the engine won't run right?

I would think to put them in and lower the fuel pressure......
