The NHRA Communications Dept. is looking for a qualified individual with a public relations/journalism background to handle media relations duties for the NHRA Xplod Sport Compact Racing Series. In addition, the position also will provide some media relations support for the NHRA POWERade Series. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits. Travel is required. Relocation to NHRA headquarters in Glendora, CA also required.

I don't think you'll get much response to questions like that. Best to submit resume as prescribed, get your questions answered during an interview.
