B series cam changing tips

B series cam changing tips
Swapping a set of GSR cams into my 1G B16a. Any pointers that anyone can
give me? Is it necessary to replace the cam seals on the Timing belt side
or can I use some Hondabond on em? I have a helms anything anyone can add to the install tips.

cam specific install....as far as seals its good to replace if the motor is older then 5yrs or do any other maintnance on the motor
