Default Rider down, Pgh PA north on Rt 19

When I left work today and came down Rt 19 heading south, At the northern most entrance to the butler auto auction, upon approach I saw what looked like a motor cycle laid down, then as I got closer I noticed the rider on the ground about 100 to 150 feet farther up the road from the dumped bike. All i thought was "Oh... NO.... :-(" I was going to stop but from the crowd of people around him, Including a guy i work with, whom i will ask a ton of questions to tomorrow in the am, i felt that there were already "too many hands in the cookie jar" so i dialed 911 to make sure the accident was reported and emergeny units were en route. they were, I couldnt' tell the make of the bike other than it had a black belly pan that may have said suzuki or honda, couldn't really tell cuz my attn was directed to the person laid out on the road. He was wearing a white t shirt and blue jeans and a full black full face helmet with what appeard to be a dented visor. I couldnt' tell his injuries other than what looked like a ton of rash and he was rolling around as passers by tried to calm him.
My regards to this person, I hope your ok and I wish u a healthy recovery.
Where the auto buyers pull out of this entrance from the auction is a really bad one... car buyers take alot of chances pulling out in to the traffic on 19 and ive seen alot of close calls here...

If anyone knows this person or he is on HT here himslef I hope hes ok...
