Default installed fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

ok my wife got me a aem fuel rail and FPR i didnt need them but it was a present so i was going to put them on. alter installing them i checked the presure and it reads 35psi and 45psi. Here is the problem the car runs like **** now it spudders and feels like im pulling a car behind me when vtec engages the car just makes noise and doesnt pull intill around 8k rpms. i checked all the conections and there is no leaks or anything loose. i did take the top off the fpr and checked the diafram to make sure there where no holes or rips in it. i pulled the vacum off and no fuel leaked out. please help or give me an idea what to do thanks in advance

Your probably just running too rich now. Knock down the fuel pressure to 38psi when the vac hose is off of the regulator. Then reinstall and try to run the car.

Try adjusting the fuel pressure back to 35psi.
