searched to no avail....some interior swap questions

how hard is it to put black integra panels and seats on the door?
how does the wiring work? and do the lil snaps fit in the same way?

looks as good as i imagined, anybody know how much different it would be for an Electric 98?
how does the wiring work? do i just make a different harness or is there a ghetto hardwire method?
