how to get jdm h22 to pass cali ref?
like the topic says i want to know what exactly has to be done soo that i can get the motor to pass the ref in a 94 civic hatch. i serched it and i found some info but i want like an exact list of what has to be done and how to do it by any one that has got one refed. any help would be appericated . thanks in advance
