Hi, i searched the forums but i guess im a bad searcher, but anyways how can i take off the back bumper of a 2000 Honda Civic Si. Detailed Instructions would be awesome thanks.
go to pep boys or auto zone and buy a haynes or i think its chilton manuel for your car its one of the best things you can buy for you car.... if not i'll give you details later
I did a search and didn't find anything recent, so I'll post:
1. At the top edge of the bumper, remove the left and right side screws with a phillips screwdriver (at the rear wheel well).
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the 2 lower clips at the bottom of the bumper.
3. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the 5 upper clips at the trunk lining. Trunk should be open.
4. Disconnect the bumper sides from the clips attachments.
That's it. Pretty straightforward. Hope that helps!
