rear brakes? 88 4 door

i plan on upgrading my brakes (nothing to expensive but yeah) powerslot rotors and hawk pads upfront... but i cant find anything for the rear brakes... i guess its cuz they are drums. but anywho... i see there are rear brakes available for 88-91 civic hatchback? are they disk? can i just convert them?

anything else i can use to convert to disk?

you should be able to get the rear disk brakes from any Civic or integra with rear discs. They're pretty much plug and play.
