The difference is that the Sir-G front chin spoiler looks more like the EG chin spoiler or the 97+ NSX chin spoiler.
Also, those aren't Rotas....just some cheap *** knockoffs called MF8 or something...
Buy em from AJ racing, but they're expensive!

as far as the SiR-G front lip expensive ? yes very A&J quoted me once $550 USED.
they are really hard to find
