I just got a 96 civic hatchback with a JDM GSR motor in it...it has 39,500 miles on it and has a lot of work done to it...cold air intake, intake manifold, new spark plugs, new wheels, new paintjob, etc..the kid that had it before me did tons of work on it.....got it for 6700.....i got some questions

when i start my car, the idle goes up to 4000rpm then goes down and idles at 1000 and then goes up to 2000 then down 1000rpm...it sounds like im revving my engine and im not...some of my friends say clean it out with wd-40...i dont feel like paying $400 for a new idle control...i went to take it for a diagnostics test and thats what they told me...help?

second, the guy took out the A/C parts and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to sell it so I can have A/C in my car...ill get a turbo for my car later....

what ecu are you running etc, need a little more info
