I was going off of that site to figure out which cable tranny non lsd had the shortest gear ratios. I wasn't sure if this site is accurate and I do not know if the smaller the number the shorter the ratio or if its the larger the number the shorter the ratio.
Either way I have a jdm crx B16 Y1 tranny. My friend has a S1/J1 and was considering a trade. Based on that site it appears my Y1 has shorter gears then the S1/J1 except it has a longer 5th. This is going on my type R motor also if that makes a dif or not.
I tried doing a search but I guess I cannot get the right combo of words to find the answer I need. So if someone could help me out that would be great thank you.

But the Y1 gears are longer because of the 4.26 final drive. The S1/J1 4.4 final makes for a closely geared trans. Pick up an S1/J1 or jdm YS1 for shorter gears.
