Adjusting Valves on B16

Adjusting Valves on B16
What do I need to adjust the valves to? Someone told me 6-7 on Intake, and 7-8 on exhaust. Is this correct?
The motor has stock cams, but the block has 13:1 compression and and has 89mm storke with 82mm bore. Not sure if that will make a difference
