If you still want to own one why not keep the one you have? Is there something wrong with it? If you still want an R I'd say keep it, you know its history and how it has been treated.


Other cars I would like to have if I could(as well as my R) include:

'05 Xterra offroad
Ridgeline
S2000
Pontiac Solstice

But thats just me

if u gonna spend 20k on another R u should just fully build your motor or just build it with oem internals if u want it stock, why spend 20k on another type r when u could just rebuild with that kind of cash thats my opinion

 

dude do you really think he just has 20 grand just sitting around that hes going to spend on a car, think like a normal person, most likely hes goin to sell his car, then depending on if he still has a lean hes gonna pay it off and either pocket the profit or put it towards the new car, or sell pocket the cash and get a 20 grand loan

Get another arrr. It doesn't matter if it's a JDM R or a USDM R with the JDM front end converstion. Another arrr is the way to go.

 

e36 m3, save about 5k more and get an sti, or about 10k more and get an e46 m3, (3.2liter i-6, 333hp... )

he asked what he should buy with 20k, for 20k, you can get a mint e36 bmw m3, if he saved up 5k more, and had 25k, he could get an STi, if he saved up even more and got around 30k to spend, he could go all out and get an e46 m3,

 

for 20k..another arr is the solution.

 

uhh yeah this is a very strange post. Should have bought my M3 in my sig before it was sold. Now I'm prolly gonna be rocking a Mazda3 for awhile (good on gas, not very modalde, FWD for da winter, low insuance rates).

I actually feel dumber reading that. Let's sell a perfectly good R and buy one that has an unknown history.....with the money you would lose doing this, you could have your entire engine rebuilt and tweeked.

Think before you post in here, your lucky you haven't been flamed more....
