Default New pistions...

hey guys i bought some new pistons for my car a while back...SRP 11.3:1 i was wondering how much of a power gain would i get?....i been laggin to put them in because i havnt had time and my car is my DD car soo i cant afford to put it out for a week.........and if you guys know how much would a shop usually charge to do this for me?

Consider that you will also need to invest in rings and wrist pins (if they weren't included with the pistons), bearings, a head gasket, and possibly other things before you start to think about a price. It's a wise idea to pull the motor yourself, disassemble it yourself and then have a machine shop reassemble the shortblock for you and resurface the head, then put it back together yourself. Otherwise you're looking at one hell of a bill when it's all said and done.
