Default A little vibration anyone?

heres the problem, I recently swapped a b16a into my 91 si, it has a y1 tranny which i plan to swich out wiht my j1. But anyways heres my question, im getting alot of vibration whenever my foot is on the clutch, and when i let off you can here only a little bit of rattling or something going on. When i take off in the car it vibrates bad between 2k and 3k rpms, but then makes this thudding sound when im cruising. Does anyone have any idea what is going on, I thought it might be the throw out bearing, but im not sure. A new clutch and flywheel was installed, could there be a problem somewhere around there in that area, htat is causing this? any help is apprecitated.

peace,

did you notch the rear x member when installing the rear mount? and does your altenator have enough clearance?
