ok as a little project ive decided to make an oil cooler since i will be needing one for my build. i have a core than used to be an ai conditioning condensor and will chop down to a nice size almost like an early rx7 cooler. What thickness aluminum should i use for the end tanks? also it has fins inside the bars were the oil would flow thru like in a radiator will these restrict oil flow too much or not?
