Default Chipping my 97 civic ex 5 spd, can u do it

Ok, from the minimal research I have done, it would seem that I have a p2p ecu, however I have not seen anyone anywhere that has chipped this ecu. Can it be done and does anyone have any recommendations as well as possible price tags?

ALso what is yalls opinion of the ten dollar piggy back chips off ebay??

Yes it can and if your engine is basically stock, you are not going to get much power from one. By almost stock I mean I/H/E...

They don't do anything. This is from what people say, I haven't actually tried one.
