Can someone tell me where I can get my hands on a true SI wiring harness
for my 1989 HB

I see them in ebay all the time. Junk yard would be another place.
The dealer will $ell you one too.

Good luck using an Si harness on a DX

*rule of swap*

use the harness that came to the car and modify it, and obtain needed and aditional plugs from other harnesses
