It's located directly above the hood release.

 

Yeah, it's attached to the wall of the interior directly above the hood release. It's hard to get to without removing the trim panel that's covering it... when I did it I just got pissed off and pulled really hard and bent it up while I was changing it...

 

Some how I managed to get mine in and out with out breaking anything. It's tough, but have patience.
