my friend is trying to make 250hp out of zc is it possible any head swaps you can do for this anything i trying to help him out he wants to stay with the zc.

 

I am pretty sure you can hit that number with the ZC if you go with a DRAG or any one of those bigger turbos (probably won't happen with the GReddy kit-)...but make sure your friend swap out the stock internals...or else...
