Default Headers or exhuast?

Hey... I have a SRI coming my way and was wondering what should be my next upgrade. Headers or exhuast? The headers and exhuast I'm thinking of is a DC Sport 421 and RSR ExMag exhuast. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.

rsr is a nice exhaust for sleeperish and quite, not loud at all, i wouldn't go with dc sports imo, comptech is a far nicer header, for direct bolt on, its one of the best u can buy. i have a 4-2-1 header SS single piece if u are intrested

So sad that this statement isn't true (unless you're specifically referencing the long tube Comptech race header).

The comptech won't give you any significant gains as compared to the DC. For significant gains you will need to step up to something with a larger collector. DC offers a 4-1 with a 2.5 inch collector, it's a nice upgrade from anything with a 2.25 inch collector but is still rather shitty when compared to the nice headers from the likes of Toda, Hytech, SMSP, RMF, etc.

Dig around in the all motor forum and you'll find more than enough information. In fact I think I put links to all the major header tests in the FAQ at the top of the page as well.

i said for a "direct bolt on", with no modifications, comptech is very nice header, and there quality contorl is far higher, and it come with a warrenty, now if we talken about getting something that isn't a direct bold on, i agree comptech is not the best by any means, but still very good

i don't have all the money to order it all at once... so I was thinking what order should I get it in. Also do I need a highflow cat? What's a good brand? so far I'm thinking the order I should get things in are:

R*SR Exhuast
High flow Cat
Headers
