Need opinion on my setup...tuning qs'
Here is my setup
b18c1 block w/CTR Pistons. The pistons have sealed nicely 300 PSI in cylinders 1-4. The whole rotating assembly has been balanced
Ported and Polished Pr3 head with JUN III cam, valvesprings and Crower titanium retainers.
ITR Intake Manifold w/ ITR Throttlebody
4-1 DC Sports header (not JDM, so its gotta be a bottleneck)
2.5 inch highflow cat
Skunk2/RSR Catback exhaust
My question is what should I set my fuel pressure at. Right now its at 44psi with the line on.
Its being run off a 2000 ITR ECU. Waiting on a either a JUN ecu or a program for a p28 ecu.

that psi should be fine. check it on the dyno of course...
But get rid of that POS header. Take it from one who has learned from bad experience..... Get something with 2.5" collector (preferably smsp or hytech), and get your *** on the rollers with wideband o2... 210whp should come easily with that setup and a good header. Oh yeah, you're gonna need a lot of fuel up top. I'd be surprised if you were able to get by with anything smaller than 370cc injectors at 80psi..... on the jun 3's... :/ so bigger injectors might be in order as well.

correct me if I am wrong, I am new here, but according to this header test http://www.ap-engineering.com/header.html the comptech sport header, which I dont believe has a 2.5 collector made the same whp & tq as the jdm dc /w 2.5 collector, only a few short of the smsp, which leads me to believe the smaller collector is not much of a bottleneck for those of us with milder, closer to stock engines... it seems to me that you would only need the 2.5" collector when using the big cams/big compression and really high rpm...
does this sound right?
any other opinions on this???

p.s. you wana sell your pos dc??

id put the fuel pressure at 55. thats what mine is at... with my custom ecu that adds fuel. i have jun3s as well with 12:1 compression

You might want to look into a Hondata setup and some big injectors...370cc or 440's. I have 440's in my car at the moment.

Yeah, if i was gonna go with 370's I'd say **** it and go 440's and run lower pressure.
Also, I'm sure you know this but I'd go with a program set up for your intended mods - stock ecu supposedly can't handle anything bigger than 310's very well.....
